In Asia, no foreign can buy land in his name, any land purchased is done with a nominee, this is called the FREEHOLD

All purchase of land is done in front of a notary between your nominee and yourself.

The nominee has the duty to sign simultaneous documents granting full authority on your asset.

A contract will be automatically done by providing a loan between the nominee and you, on the value of the land,

that is know as a mortgage.

A deed will be made before a notary, giving you full power to sell, lease, occupy the land without the consent of the nominee.

A deed will also be made in case of the nominee death leaving the usage of the land to your descendants.
